As freak says, that's a nice kroot. Colours are neat and tidy (I mean, you haven't accidentally gotten green on a metal bit, for example.) this neatness is the most important first step to a well-painted mini. My suggestion for improvement would be to highlight more. It looks like you have good control of where your brush goes, so for highlighting you could try some layers. For the green you can add a little flesh tone (or you could use a brighter green) and paint thin layers (by thin I mean thin the paint) on the upper surfaces. That's not the same as the outer surfaces - make sure you keep the highlights on the upwards facing bits. Play around a bit with how thick/thin your paint is, as well as how many layers you use. As you go, you can add more flesh-tone to your green. The same technique applies to any other colour - just choose your highlight tone with care. Of course, shading is exactly the same technique, only you add dark tones and apply the paint to the bottom of surfaces. If you master shading and highlighting, please let me know how it's done, as I've been working on it for about 20 years and still get it wrong
Good luck
