First mini on cmon or.. first mini ever? If it is the later.. you should really write an article on how you learned to paint so well so fast... write down the tips while you still remember them. :)

Great job!! the nose adds character and the blending is very nice. It holds up very good to the large close ups!!

Thanks for the advice with the skin, voted you an 8, cause this rocks!

May have to \'borrow\' that colour scheme too, it works too well (not the first time I have seen purple robed night goblins but the best I have seen them!)

Make sure to post more mini\'s as and when!

Thanks for the feedback and voting.

Sorry to clear things up this is not my very first Mini, I painted one or 2 before this.

First model I learnt how to thin my paints down and hit the right places < its in the bin now, was ugly >

Second model I tried hightlighting and that got \"filed\" in the bin.

then I did 3 or 4 other test models which turned out at different levels of uglyness, when I found this site, and I spent ages reading all your tips advice and had loads of help in my WIP thread.

If I had to pick one tip to help other people, look at other peoples work, I learnt so much just by looking at the great minis on the site and it give me something to aim for.

Sorry if the post was misleading, but this is my first mini I would ever show anyone as the others were not as good as this.
