Multiplayer game

I'm wondering if anyone has successfully played a 3+ player game of WOK??

I know the book suggests you can and last weekend we tried playing a 4 player game.
Right off the bat though we were confused if it would be PvPvPvP or PPvPP
The main issue was the deployment zones how would this work if it was everyone for themselves?

So we didn't want to waste to much time and just ended up doing 2v2 with each player having their own morale

but I was wondering if anyone has successfully played a game with more then 2 players and how does it work?
If CMON could chime that that would be great as the rulebook doesn't really describe how things would be different in a game with more then 2 players.

I've only played with teams, and that worked fine. We shared the forces, morale and everything, great for learning the game. However, I am very much interested in hearing about any free for all battles people might have had, since that is something I see myself doing with my group.
