Mordian officer - 54mm

Hello,

this is my latest figure from the world of Warhammer 40K for a collector. I have converted our mordian soldier to an officer of the 211th Mordians. The face must be look like the costumer so I didn't make a cap for the figure. And very important, I had just 8 days (afternoons) for this figure (not enough for the best work).
I hope you like it, I can't make any corrections yet

Would it be possible to get a pic of the customer?
I ask this as to me the left side of the face looks a little 'wonky' to me. The hair lines is pull back abit far on that side, and the corner of the left eye and the ridge of the brow line looking pushed back and around the side of the head farther that that of the right.

No Cap! And and officer at that! That's a shooting offense in Mordian Guard!
Any rank insignia?

Yes, I didn't make a cap because I was afraid with cap you can't see the likenes. Yes the right eye is'nt anatomical perfect because I wanted to show the face (a little bit) like a comic caracter. I have watched the Imperial Guard codex and didn't find rangs for officers beetwen sergeants and comissars. I'm not an expert sorry ;-) Next time I choose better references.

ps. : About the costumer I had only 2 picts (taken by mobil phone), I never had seen the boy in life. Showed this pictures isn't allowed.
