Missing parts timeline

I just wanted to see how long other people are having to wait after submitting a missing parts request. I sent one in about a month ago and after being told to send pics (which I did right away) I was told that I'd receive an email when the parts shipped. Are others having to wait this long? I know that since the game released recently they are very busy, but a month still seems like a long time.

Haha. Only a month? I sent my first request in on April 21.

Every time I ask, I get the canned, stock reply: "Thank you for contacting us. We are working to get all replacement parts shipped out as quickly as possible. I apologize for the delay."

I asked about 4 times. I got that exact reply 4 times.
