Mini designs

I\'ve noticed in my internet wanderings that quite a few companies are now putting the original concept drawings for their figures on their sites, Rackham to name one, and that a lot of people now seem to be having painting competitions through various corporate and forum web sites…and this got me to thinking...:idea:

What about a competition for mini concepts?

Surely there\'s a few figure designers out there who\'d appreciate the odd idea for their next piece, or hobby sculptors who\'d like a bit of a kick-start on their next project...maybe?

Maybe this thread could be a good place to exchange pics and concepts?

What say you guys?

Isn\'t this going to turn CMON into some sort of art website, containing nothing but drawings... I mean, there are seperate sites for this IMHO.

Only thing is....I\'m having trouble finding out how to post images from my desktop to this page, since every time I try to put in an image I\'m prompted to enter the URL of my picture...on my desktop...umm...

Any ideas out there?

I don\'t think you can upload images to the forum... only link to other pics on the web with the IMG tag.

Eeek, maybe this site isn\'t the best place for this idea. Anyone out there want to post a few hundred pictures on their homepage?

Or CMON could host a competition, hmmm?
