I take it that is a willard wigan piece of work (without clicking the video link!) the size of his sculpture is certainly amazing as is the painting. I think I still prefer 30mm scale though lol!!! I don't mean to hijack the thread but after you have looked at this video here, i have come across a guy who sculpts out of the end of pencil leads. If you haven't seen them they are pretty amazing and definately worth checking out (link in the sig).

Going back to Willard Wigan, I think most of his work gets displayed in special cases with built in microscopes so that you can appreciate the work better than looking at it with the naked eye. I also believe that they are VERY expensive......!!!!

Now, that´s simply ridiculous... Paying 30.000 US Dollar for a House like that, uff... How many hours is he doing those anyways...?... I think that Miniature Painting has to go a LOOOOONG way still to be where he is at the moment, if it will ever reach it...

With a paintbrush made from the leg hair of a housefly. And I wish I was kidding. Im more curious as to how he manages to assemble them into shapes.
