Hi, can anyone recommend a material for sculpting cloaks? i\'ve tried using GS but found it very difficult to work with, do creases etc. would milliputt be better?

milliput and Greenstuff mixed works a treat .. roll it out into a thin sheet and allow to cure for 10-15 minutes., cut and get the rough shpe right.. when it is dry sand it smooth and add in creases etc as detail on top of the cloak where needed.. (make sense).
the absolute best material IMHO is Magi Sculp but if you have trouble gettiug that a milliput / greenstuff combi will work fine...

This may be more to do with how you\'re approaching it rather than a materials issue. While I\'d agree that Milliput + GS make a very nice putty - with something like the best of both - there are a lot of fantasy minis sculpted entirely in GS, including their cloaks.

What style of cloak are you trying to do? Any particular issues you\'re having with the method you\'re trying?
