I\'m surprised he isn\'t suing about that one, too. He\'s suing over Crunchberries, after all.

....There used to be a small company that made sausages in Wales called Dragon Sausages but trading standards closed them down because there was no Dragon contained in the sausages...does that mean that all those people that eat hot dogs are actually eating dog???
rofl!In light of Werbel\'s complaints against Pepsico and Kellogg\'s, SF Weekly finds it necessary to re-issue our occasional corporate caveat noting that, while our offices are located at 185 Berry Street, our publication should in no way be considered a nutritious source of fruit.

There was a breakfast cereal called \"KaBoom\" when I was a kid.
The FDA made stores move it to the snack aisle becuase it had
absolutely zero cereal or cereal like substances in it.
They also made them remove any reference to \"cereal\" or \"breakfast food\" from the packaging.
They stopped selling it within a few months.
Moms wouldn\'t pour milk all over a snack and give it to the kids as breakfast.
I\'m not sure it\'s much different than a lot of the crap they sell as cereal today.
