So Howdy.

I am working up an Apoclypse army for a game with some friends of mine over the next few months and I would like to post my progress for ya\'ll to mull over.

Anyhoo, I have a few things done here and there, but I think for the purposes of getting it done, I am going to keep it a fairly straight forward and simple, whereas initially I had wanted to have this army have a significant WOW factor.

Anyhoo, up for review are the first few finished units for review.

Thoughts?

The autarch and the grav-gun look very nice the dark green is blended very smooth and good use on both having red and green without getting a christmas feel The one minor thing I see is the autarchs hair on his helmet looks a bit one toned.

Is this a paint scheme you came up with or one from the fluff? Only reason I\'m wondering is so few of the color schemes they have in the fluff I like and this one is rather snazzy

Howdy Friar. The autarchs hair, hmm, it may be the picture, its not the best. I think I have a better one somewhere I can post if I find it.

The paint scheme is all my own. I wanted something that was eye catching and subdued at the same time, so the dark green and light yellow really work well I think.

I\'m glad you don;t think it looks to christmasy, last thing I need is Santa\'s elves on the 40k table. lol

lol no doubt Eldar get made fun of enough

And great color scheme works perfect, I\'ll be lookin forward to seeing this army come along.
