magnets

ive been putting magnets on all my weapons for my wraithlord,vyper,and heavy weapon platform but the falcons weapons fit from the side not from the bottom like the rest. has anyone else done this if so what did they do to get round it

If you\'re having problems getting side on weapons to stay upright there are two things I can suggest

1. Get stronger magnets. Some of the supposedly \"rare earth magnets\" I\'ve got from Ebay seem to be substantially stronger than others. Thankfully I\'ve now found a quality supplier who just happens to live locally into the bargain. The ones he supplies will hold up a carnifexes arms to the point where I can drag it around by them.

2. Add a small pin next to the magnet. When the gun is slotted into place the magnet will hold it on and the pin will stop the droop.

If you have a computer techie friend or repair shop near you, you can get some phenomenally strong magnets out of old hard drives. Bust them up and there you go.

i have tons of HDD magnets.

i actually had to put a pin through a magnet. but i agree get real neod~cough cough~ium magnets and not just rip off ones. like ones from little school kits to teach about magnetism are too weak.
