Lycanthrope question

I need clarification on a few things,

lycanthropes have 3 Heath and humans have 2, so if a wolf (quicker to type) takes 2 damage and changes to a human does he die?.

next if all wolves are killed and taken as trophies do you just swap the dead figure when one of your still living humans changes form or do you lose for not having enough players to field legitimate team ?

Damage persists as you change between human and wolf, so yes if you were to change back then the figure would die.

If all of your wolves are killed then you will be eliminated at the beginning of the next period. The beginning of periods is when players must have the 3 and 2 ratio of runner and bruisers. So if all of your wolves are killed in the 4th period you would not necessarily auto lose.

Human dies that is what I thought but needed clarifying.

Wolves killed end game scenario was not what I wanted to hear but I can live with it.
However this leads to another question.
So start of a game I have runner/humans 3 bruisers/wolves 2,
on my turn I decide to change form with one of the humans to a wolf. This now puts me at 2 runners 3 bruisers, do I then have to change one of the other wolves to human? therefor remaining at the correct number of player types.
If right this spoils the lycanthrope team a little and makes there team ability less useful.
plus it a ruins my plan of having 5 wolves rampaging across the pitch tearing the opposition apart.
