very origional and cool idea.ls looks brill the lava on the base dosnt look to good try to blend the colours together

I\'m a big fan of hot rod kulture so I\'m really stoked about your idea. There is so much you can do. You really need to toss up a flying eyeball on one of those.

In fact, I started the army since little time. I have already painted just another model (a captain, look at the avatar), but I\'m still working on the base. I \'m going to put it in the gallery soon. I\'ve got also 3 motorcycles, but they aren\'t undercoated... That\'s all I\'ve bought for the moment but I\'m motived to accelarate the painting, cause this summer I abandoned my minis a little bit (beach, girls, sport...) ^^

There is a sweet message board at http://www.sketchkult.com for hot rods and hot rod kulture. You might want to check it out to get some ideas! Sign up and post your minis in the toys section. You\'ll get some good feedback. I\'ve been meaning to do some flying eyeballs on a SM for a while, but I\'ve never got around to it. It really would make an excellent chapter icon.

I don\'t know if you have ever seen hot rod pinstriping, but it is another excellent idea for your vehicles. http://sketchkult.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=5252 is a good example.

Don\'t be afraid to try crazy color schemes, too. http://home.ptd.net/~roysh/1shot/guitfiddle.JPG Here is a guitar I painted, and you can see crazy colors that you wouldn\'t normally expect work well together.

Oh! And flying tiki servo skulls!!!

Keep it up, man! I can\'t wait to see more stuff. Keep me informed when you post more. If you ever need help or have any questions let me know. Your idea has really got me going!

I\'m not satisfied a lot by my banner made in green stuff, and the winged eyeball.
I\'m wondering if a simple skull with flames wouldn\'t be a better chapter symbol... Do you agree?
