Google doesn't find www.Ultraforge.org Is the company OOB? Did you try PMing Sophia (person who posted it to gallery)? Maybe she is also the sculptor or could put you in touch with them?

They have a new online store with recent activity. But there is no Demon of Rage. They do however, have a list of retailers on their site under the "Shop" link. Maybe you could try your luck with some of them.
