Maybe working on blending, taking a little more time on it and highlight placement. It's hard to pinpoint what niggles at me, that I could say to improve and how. I can, however, pass on the advice that helped me improve!
Take a look through the top end minis. Look at what they've done and try and figure out hoooow they did it, try to mimic it, experiment. The important thing to remember is that IT CAN BE DONE! It's a question of refining that and maybe even adding your own ideas into the mix to create something more.
It's working for me so far and it does work very well if you apply yourself.

I think what TBS said is pretty accurate and along the lines of what I would say. One thing I have had to learn (and am still learning) is to really push my highlights. If I think I have them just perfect, they could probably stand to go lighter. Also make sure your shading matches the depth of the cloth fold, deeper folds need to be darker, etc. You obviously have great brush control and have the grasp of highlighting and shading down, it is just a matter of refining it, and that just takes time. I am not a patient person and learning to take my time, slow down and push everything a step beyond my comfort zone has made the most difference in my painting.
