looking for minis - sailors and a dragon rider

Hi folks I am looking for the following miniatures:

1. A characterful rider for a Creature Caster Emperor dragon's howdah, the base size is only 20 mm square and there isn't much wiggle room for something that overlaps that. Human, inhuman, anything goes.

2. I am also on the lookout for 3-5 shipmates to add to a sinking galleon that is being attacked by a dragon. Ideally ones that can look like they are either running away, jumping overboard or drowning! Happy to buy used or new. So if anyone has or has seen anything that would suit, please let me know. But I also need a rider for a mountain dragon...

Okay so I do not recommend this mini: https://images.beastsofwar.com/2015/...r-Princess.jpg. She is the most fiddly POS I've ever had the misfortune of trying to assemble! She's made of very soft metal and comes in four separate parts, that need to be pinned but are way too thin to be pinned. Her foot has broken off as well. At this stage I'm tempted to chuck her in the bin and look for something better.

AoW has a lot of nice models, but they're quite badly engineered. They are also severely sloppy with packing - I have a lot of their blisters, all missing pieces.

Have you tried the baking soda / superglue trick for joins?

Maybe look at Reaper Miniatures page or Dark Sword miniatures, HassleFree Miniatures might be a good place to look as well.
