I recently switched allegiances from Cryx to the Protectorate of Menoth.
Now, by allegiance, I mostly mean faction with the most owned miniatures, since honestly I have yet to play again. I basically just bought several hundred dollars worth of Cryx minis to paint up.
BUT, I want to start an actual functional army, and I chose to start with the Protectorate of Menoth. I was at my gaming store yesterday, and after looking through the available Menite Warcasters, I settled on Feora, Protector of the Flame.
Any advice on starting an army with her? Unfortunately, I could only find Feora in her epic form (honestly I love the sculpt anyway, and it will be my first time painting fire, which should be fun). I know next to nothing about the mechanics of the game, so any advice/help on an army would be greatly appreciated (there are some guys who will probably be willing to help me learn the ropes at my local shop, but I'd rather show up with at least a semi-prepared army to learn with)
