Little Tom's ability states:

ETHEREAL TETHER
When an enemy Hero within 1 Zone Moves.
That enemy Hero suffers SLOW

Does this mean that the enemy Hero starts his Move (capital M) action within 1 Zone, or does it mean that an enemy hero moves (little m) through an adjacent zone? i.e. Can I start 2 Zones away from Tom, move to the adjacent square, then move out again, and get hit by this trigger?

I am guessing the former since the word is capitalized in the ability description, but would just like some clarification. Thanks!

I play this as "when an enemy hero within 1 zone "starts" his move... But I can see the second, adjacent zone interpretation. For example, what if the alternate Mazu captain uses her ability to move three zones and then attack one she passed through. If she was two zones away, entered an adjacent zone and then moved to the third zone, could the reaction be triggered? I would say yes.

It would trigger anytime an enemy performing a Move action (or using an effect that allows movement) is within 1 zone. Meaning if they start, move through, or end in 1 zone.
