Seems like the best place to put this.

I separated out the TCM tiles from the image added this morning and set up a Zip file for the Map Editor - nothing fancy they do the job, it will allow people to play around with the tile set to see what can be built and how many they want. There's no restrictions on tile use and they aren't paired up with the opposite side as I don't know what goes on each side.

To add them to the map editor just download the file - no need to unzip it. Open the editor select Pack, +Add and select the zip file from where ever you stored it it will appear as a separate entry use it together with the original Zombicide map editor file to create new scenario boards.

Feel free to modify it.

Following on from the TCM tiles here's the PO tiles currently available. 2P, 5P and 17P are currently missing. Again they are not restricted in the number you can use or paired up but they are now snap to grid. I have also updated the TCM file above so that it is now snap to grid.

and here's the new token files for the map editor - or as many as I could find so far plus 1 or 2 approximations

Cornbread's Million Dollar Zombicide Cornbread This is a sweet cornbread, a tad crumblier than some if you use the coarse grind corn meal, but the flavor is amazing. I have won awards with this recipe, so know that I don't share it lightly! You need;
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal (If you can find it, use a coarser ground, I use some labeled "Medium grind" with the best results.)
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar (You can use all white sugar if you want, but it won't be as good!)
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk (lowfat buttermilk works best) (You can use regular milk here if you need to, but it won't be as good!)
1/3 cup butter (melted) (you could use
1/3 of vegetable oil instead if you want, but it won't be as good!)
The original recipe is made in a 9 inch round pan, but you can use other pans. I double the batch and make it in a rectangle pan, but oven times and things are harder to adjust, if you haven't done it before, so I say stick with the 9 inch round for now.
1)Pre-heat your oven to 400 F
2)Grease your pan. (I use cooking spray, but grandma would be mad if she knew that...)
3)Pour your milk in a bowl, then dump the cornmeal in with it, stir it up, and let the cornmeal soak for 15 minutes
4)Combine the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a different larger bowl (All they dry stuff EXCEPT the corn meal)
5)After the cornmeal has soaked long enough, add the egg and butter and the cornmeal/milk slurry to the dry ingredients and mix it completely
6)Pour the batter into your pan
7)Bake for 20-25 minutes (If you stick a toothpick in the middle, it should come out clean, that's how you know it's done!)

Sharkey Mexican Corn Bread

*makes 2 pans worth, so halve everything if you just want 1 pan*

melt 1.5 cup butter
mix in 2 cups sugar
add 4 tbsp honey
add 12 eggs
add 1/4 tsp cinnamon
add 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
In blender, blend:
2 cans drained sweet corn (15.25 oz each)
1 cup milk
In separate bowl, mix 3 cups cornmeal
3 cups flour
12 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt

Mix in wet ingredients from blender and from first bowl. Then add:
1 can drained sweet corn (15.25 oz)
8 oz shredded jack cheese
Cook in greased pan at 425 for 20-30 minutes depending on thickness of
cornbread.

I'll add to dnyb's excellent tutorial:

* Search on the internet for various zombie skin recipes.

* If you're new to painting, paint the survivors LAST. Invest in the Reaper Learn to Paint Kit 2: Basic Skin and Clothes to learn painting techniques and get a good starter set of hobby paints. Reaper will be revising this set with their Bones lines of mini's in March / April. Use two jars for rinsing off paint. Search for how to make your own wet palette.

* If you intend to continue painting, buy a Winsor and Newton Size 1 round (not miniature) brush. You can buy both the Kit and brush at FRPGames for a good discount and low shipping. Remember to NOT use this brush for your metallic paints.

* Best metallic paint seems to be Vallejo Air Model Silver. Again, FRPGames sells it.

* Get 005 Sakura Micron pens in red and black. Use the red one to color in the zombie eyes! The black can be used for survivor eyes. I also use it for shading details. Swipe the ink near a recess and massage in the ink with a damp brush. I barely use the other colors in the 6-piece pack, but they're useful for eyes, jewels, and inking.

You probably don't need foam trays. For miniatures in general, just go to JoAnne's or other craft store, and buy a sheet of 1/2" thick foam for under $5. Cut foam to the size of your carrying box. Sammich your figures between sheets. Done!

EDIT: Requesting links to painting dogs of the breeds in the dog companion box, as well as zombie dogs. Thanks!

About the CKPM:
CMON has stated they will be using the CoolMiniOrNot Kickstarter Pledge Manager (CKPM)

Short Version -
~2 Weeks post project, you will get a survey from Kickstarter.
~4-10 weeks later you will get an email with a link to the CKPM. You can rearrange your choices and add more items. You cannot decide to spend less.

It works like this:
Once the project ends, Amazon will charge your card for your pledge amount. About two weeks later, Kickstarter (KS) releases the backer information to CMON. Soon after, CMON will use the KS survey system to confirm your email address, get your mailing address and get a preliminary list of your choices. They then use that to pre-populate the CKPM which can take a while depending on the number of backers. Once this is complete, they will send a link so you can confirm your order and even add to it. They use PayPal to collect for any additions.

****Important!!*****
Be smart about using this. No one wants you to get evicted or go hungry for a project, this allows you to stretch out the costs. But any money added after the project does not help achieve stretch goals.
The CKPM is one of the best parts of a CMON Kickstarter project, it helps put "Cool" into CoolMiniOrNot!
