Just got back from GD SD....

It was great meeting everyone. Congrats to all. I know olliekickflip was very pleased. I had a great time as did my family. I have a couple of hooters picks I have to post but I just now got home and I need dinner and a bath before I can deal with it. In the mean time....

hey liz nice meeting you....and Ktooloo great hanging out with you most of the day.

had to laugh at Olliekickflip.....

he was picking up his entries, when they started calling the winners. i was called over to grab his mini\'s. so i am standing there with 3 winning mini\'s,goes pics up his demons, then he runs over and hands my wife 2 golden demons as he is after his third.lol my wife looks at me and says we can go nowlol

it was great to see all of his entries during there WIP stages. i learned alot from watching him.

Took me a minute to figure out what this thread was for, based on seeing the title... the show\'s still technically GamesDay Los Angeles -- even if it\'s not actually anywhere near LA (or San Diego, for that matter).

I was quite sorry that, once again, I wasn\'t able to make it out there this year. Maybe next year, I\'ll make it for the first time... *sigh*

But most importantly: congratulations to all the winners! I can\'t wait to see all the results pics.

It was a lot of fun! I met a bunch of people I hadn\'t before but unfortunately missed a few as well...next year! :D

I think the painting quality was a step up from last year as well, lots of nice pieces and the judging seemed good as well this year, (but I can\'t complain, they gave me 5 demons! :D)

It got me inspired for next year, that\'s for sure, I already have some ideas for projects.

Photos will take a while, I\'m heading to Gencon in a couple days, so it\'s unlikely I\'ll manage any before then. Although one winner was my 3 year old inquisitor squad posted on cmon...just was curious how they\'d stand up to the test of time, and they did pretty well!
