I think you picked an extremely difficult and highly detailed model!! This is a lovely piece of work though - the colours are so vibrant and without the original pic, I would have probably said it looked too busy. But you have created a faithfull representation of the character - grats

You\'ve done a really good job of recreating the patterns of the clothes- that\'s some very nice free-hand! I think the skin looks a bit flat, tho. Oh, and if you use a matt varnish to kill the shine, she\'d look even better. Cool stuff.

Actually I did use matte on her, so what brand do you recommend?

The best brand is generally reckoned to be Testor\'s Dullcote. Brilliant stuff, kills all known shine! Which brand did you use?

brilliant job the florals on her mini-skirt kimono are excellent great job bringing the illistration to life.
