KS Early bird x1 vs x2

Hi,

I believe it was stated that people who got the kickstarter Early Bird can change quantities during the survey (e.g. those who got x1 or x2 can add more copies for $140 each and those who got x2 can back down to x1 and use the remaining $$ for extras). Is this confirmed? Thanks.

I don't know if extra EB's would be $140 each, or if they would be the regular $150. I'd be curious as to the official response. (i.e. if you are at EBx2, can you get a third for $140? Or if you are at EBx1, if you can get a second for $140). They did confirm you could go up or down, but never took into consideration the Early Bird rate.

the early bird is a allotment of units that we reward early backers, it is not a "rate" per say. So if the allotment was sold out, it is sold out. So, to answer your question, if you want another Blitz using the pledge manager, it will be $150.

I specifically asked if I could back my BlitzX2 EB down to one for $140 and use the remaining $140 for addons. And I was told I could. That "we're flexible."and I don't see anything wrong with that.. especially since there were less spots open for EBx1.

The question of EBx1 adding more, it was said that they could. From very early on. So... some conflicting things were said.

Ok...nothing borg said contradicted this. So from your $280, you could probably get 1 EB for $140, and then spend $140 worth of add-ons

And again, they can add more. But at $150 each. It was that final part that wasn't clarified, but most people in the comments assumed it'd be for $150, which makes sense.

i wish there had been an Early Bird Blitz x 3 & Early Bird Blitz x 4, perhaps with a couple more things tossed in for the bigger purchase/pledge !
maybe for the *next* Rivet Wars Kickstarter ?

i have an Early Bird Blitz x 2, and if i could add an additional Blitz for the Early Bird price ($140) i would !!!
would anyone else ?

i'm not planning on selling the blitzs either...

a long LONG time ago i use to play 40k and always wanted an Imperial Guard army...
now with the Blight and the Blitzs my dreams have sort of come true !!!
