Kroot Shaper and his Carnivore Squad

Hello everyone.

After months of hard work I finished Kroot Carnivre Squad and Shaper to led them. I know that they don't look as good as most mini presented here but at the moment is best I could do and I am happy about it. I mostly paint using dry brush. I think is time to try something new. Any suggestion? How about glazing, it is hard?

Nope very easy in fact.
Simply dilute your paints at least twice as much water to paint and then carefully go over the colour you are working.
To get the best effects sometimes easiest to use a darker glaze over one or two highlights, then re-highlight.

Agreed, i like the brown effect on the shapers head (?).

thanks, I think dry brush makes it look more mat, so it looks more like real leather.

After base, layer, wash, I did three layer of dry brush each in lighter colour and and more dry than last one.
