Hello Everyone,

I am a long time coolmini or not visitor, but this is my very first post! Still learning my way around the site. Beyond just looking at mini\'s and buying things from the store. hehe.

Almost half a year ago I left my full time job to pursue a very long desired passion project of mine... Producing a Horror Fantasy miniature board game!

Think heroquest / warhammer quest. With playable characters, monsters to fight and rare treasure to be found. The game world is a terrible place with over 90% of it riddled with terrible creatures and malevolent entities that have survived eons by eradicating all knowledge of their existence.

I am trying very hard to approach things in new and interesting ways. For example, there is no undead. No zombies and no skeletons walking around. Humans also don\'t war since there are so damn few of them!

I\'ve been very fortunate and I am extremely thankful to the talented miniature sculptors that have been working hard bringing some of the concept artwork to life. To name a few: Raul Garcia Latorre, Juan Navarro Perez and Clavilier Grégory.

My current plan is to release very limited runs of miniatures as they are ready in an attempt to raise some interest and earn a little bit of cash back! hehe. Might package them with an exclusive print of the concept art and a \"thank you\" for having some interest in the project. Still working out the exact details tho.

The goal here is to put together a very high quality boutique experience. Something special and different then whats currently out there. Especially since alot off miniature games are all skirmish based now. I want to pay tribute to the spirit of adventure that got me hooked into all of this since i was a kid. The players vs the unforgiving game system itself!

The website is still in the works... heck everything is still in the works.

But I will be releasing more information about everything little by little!

Thanks so much.

There\'s potential. I just have one problem with the text given.

If 90% of the place is filled with monsters that have hidden their existance from the humans, then are the humans just really not into procreation?
Or is it more like:

\"Honey? Something ate half the baby.\"
\"Oh my god! Another one! Did you see what it was?\"
\"Yes, it was a ---\" The hypno-toad hops into view. \"It was a wolf. Just a wolf. I killed it with my bow and arrow.\"

Its more like.
\"Honey, we finally found a place where the monsters have stopped attacking us.\"
\"Oh sweet mercy, lets stay here forever.\"

... fast forward 10 years...

\"Ah, 10 years of peace and it looks like our newborn will have some other children to grow up with.\"
* crash
\"Oh no... whats that!\"

* Entire settlement is eaten by a titanic trap door spider-like monster. Other monsters instinctively knew to stay away since it lay underground dormant.

The player characters are all crazy in a different way. Normal people generally just try to survive, as opposed to plunging directly into the unknown.

I have lots of concept artwork complete at this point. But its a bit out of context when its not images of people fighting, looking scared or struggling! hehe.

Thanks for the kind words tho.

I\'m intrigued enough to want to know more, anyway. Like I don\'t have enough random games systems littering my shelves! lol
