Welcome back to the hobby. I took about a ten year hiatus myself. Also, welcome to the boards.
It look okay to me, but a bigger pic would certainly be more telling.

Looks great given the 21 year hiatus. My stuff sucks if I don\'t paint for a month or two 
The shading on the tabard is really nice and smooth. Good color choices there, you\'ve been keeping up with things even if you weren\'t painting
Can\'t wait to see the finished model.

Seems so many people took a break then came back...
I painted when I was 12 - 13 years old but was never that great... just re-joined the hobby two years ago aged 29 in the hope of fulfilling a childhood dream of winning a demon.
Adult patience is certainly an asset I\'ve found I have now but didn\'t have when I first painted
Welcome to CMON, your painting looks extremely good, as others have said, bigger pics would help if you want a more detailed critique from anyone.
Go read lots of tutorials on the web and spend hours drooling over the minis on CMON, it will serriously help your painitng improve.

Strange but yet so true, i was the same, took a break when i was about 12-13 since i didn\'t play much and wasn\'t good at painting and started again when i was 24-25 and im loving the painting aspect of things. Plus as others have said posting wips and finished pieces for comments and criticisms are great to improve yourself.
