Just need an opinion...

OK, I know it\'s too late to do anything abotut this first matter, but let me explain.

At the end of last summer, I had saved up 90 Reaper swag points (cutting off those bar codes on the blister packs) for the paint rack (which was on their swag goodies list at the time) and sent them in with a $5 money order for shipping. Unfortunately, \"out of sight, out of mind\" is a problem I have and I kinda forgot about it until much much later. Well, I never received the rack, and I never contacted Reaper, since I had no way to prove I actually sent them in, and the paint rack was no longer being offered in the swag section. (I figured they were all out of them)

My trouble is now I still find myself saving the swag points off of the blister cards whenever I get more of their minis. Force of habit I suppose, because I\'m really skeptical about sending them in again. Should I even bother? ..or should I just chuck all these little pieces of paper in the trash?

What do you think? ..what would you do?

That sucks about the paint rack. I would save them up still and send them in once you have enough for someting cool. I would also contact reaper just to see what they say.

Ditto. Keep saving them and see what htey say. Even if you don\'t get the rack, they might give you some other stuff. Reaper is a fair company and I don\'t hear alot of complaints about them.

Contact Reaper first and see what happened - worst they can say is they never got it.

Reaper doesn\'t seem to hassle people much on the little things, in fact I\'ve seen them go the extra mile to handle customer problems fairly, even generously. Plus, you are a known entity, and there may be some record of having received the money order. I would say you should go ahead and address the matter straight foreward and see what they say. At the very least you should have the satisfaction of not getting an answer.

Let us know how it turns out. If you don\'t get satisfaction from Reaper (I\'m sure you probablly will, they are a great company) I\'m sure I could dig up some points to send you to get you started again (I\'ve got close to 300 reaper points stashed away, nothing I want in their list).

I only had 1 problem with Reaper, I got a miscast, and they sent me a replacement, no questions asked. They are good people.

I sort of save the swag points, if I remember to do so, I probably have a drawer full of them somewhere.

I would suggest taking a picture of them all on a sheet of paper before sending them in again....doesn\'t hurt to have a little backup proof.

As much as I like a lot of the Reaper mini\'s it is still annoying that they do not ship to the UK I have a couple of the swag point thingies though not that I will ever get around to using them

Write to reaper and tell them what happened. Perhaps they will credit you more swag points.
Also, do you happen to have the stub from the money order? You could check if it was ever cashed.

Well, I just sent off an email to Reaper explaining what happened and also containing a link to this thread. Now just to wait and see...

Vince, I might have saved the m.o. stub, but stuff\'s gotten shuffled around since I moved, and it might have gotten thrown out. I don\'t recall seeing it during packing.

Still in WIP stage I am embarrassed to say but I am planning on finishing him soon so don\'t worry you will be the first to know when I post him
He isn\'t forgotten just put safely to the side whilst a few other bits get finished off out of the way.
It is my intention to finish him by the end of September. I think after the Vostroyan Commander the other day my NMM is now at a standard whereby I can do it justice.

Reaper sends out a signal to all of their miniatures at your house and when you wake up, you are tied like in Gullivers Travels, and then their little Dragons start coming at you, breathing little flames that look kind of funny, until your furniture catches on fire, and one little warrior yells out Warhammer my a$$, then the rest start to chant Warlord, Warlord, WARLORD,WARLORD!!!!

I bought one of their small dragons and he had two left front legs, when I called, they sent me two right legs, now maybe I should convert him into a giant basilisk. Plus, this is the company that produced more Urban Legend Sophies. These are good people.

Even an acknowledgement of recieving an email would be preferable, or even a response that said they couldn\'t help me, but I\'ve gotten nothing.

Kinda disappointed.... makes me lose some of my faith in them.

Call them, their phone number is on their website. The woman who answers the phone is very helpful.
