So how does Stand United Brothers work in regards to multi wound models?

If I remove 3 cavalry models do I restore that many wounds which is 3 models each of 3 wounds for 9 wounds of healing for example?

The card days you restore 1 Wound for each MODEL you removed, so if you want to remove three Calvary models to restore 3 Wounds you can. Can't advise doing that though.

This is correct, for the reason given. The card references removed models, not Wounds.

If Jon Snow is the target unit and no other friendly unit is within long range, can the NW player simply heal 2 wounds to Jon’s unit?

If no Wounds are removed, the end result would be 0+2, for a total of 2 Wounds restored to Jon's unit.

Thank you. Some of the people I play with thought that there had to be a unit in long range for any healing to occur. From your answer, it sounds like this is not the case and that the healing to Jon is a separate aspect of the card’s effect.
