Is the CMON Annual still in the works?

Just wondering, but I haven\'t heard anything about the CMON annual in a couple of months. Can we get an update on the progress? Eric??? Borg????

yes, it is in the works :)

it got a bit delayed due to an overwhelming workload issue on my end (only so many hours in the day you can stair at the computer!). I do appologize, borg has been all ready and waiting on me to get the thing printed.

So long story short...it\'s my fault :)

Thanks for the update, Eric. I wouldn\'t say fault is necessarily the right word, though. RL intrudes on all of us and we do what we can. While I am anxiously awaiting its completion, I\'d rather it be done right and well than speedily, so I\'ll just sit on my hands and twiddle my thumbs (not an easy task to accomplish simultaneously ;) ) and wait patiently.

Any at all, like 4th quarter 2006?

I would guess some time next year at this rate.

I need a new coffee table book, everyone has seen the old one now. I had to replace it with Star Wars and the Message of Jesus.

As for dates. Right now the big hope is that with my time off over the holidays I\'ll be able to finish it up...that\'s the hope, who knows how my crazy family may change that plan...

Then I believe it\'s a total of 6 weeks to get them printed at good price so this book doesn\'t cost an arm and a leg. From what I hear Borg has done a great job at this. The plan is for the book to be nearly 50% larger than the last one, so price was a worry. (how\'s that for a teaser :D)

That works for me. Wasn\'t worried about the time, just thatI might have missed something. I haven\'t had a lot of time to be on the site lately.

But wouldn\'t there still be 24 hours in a day even if someone created a time machine? ???

Some of those hours could be stretched, perhaps...but there\'d still be only 24 of them....:innocent:

I\'m glad that this thread has been raised again as I was wondering myself recently if this was still going to happen or whether it had been dropped, I hope not as I realy would like to see another Cmon Annual.

I wish I could tell you more but I\'m out of the loop now, I sent off all the files to Chern Ann quite a while ago now. Also sending them to Borg.

I was only asked to submit 1 this time, and due to connection downtime I wasn\'t able to get photos in til a couple hours after the \"deadline\" they mentioned. So I got my fingers crossed for sure :D

Here\'s hoping it comes out soon, I still think it\'s a brilliant idea, and truly a great reference to have. There\'s just something different about having it in print...

A $900 LCD monitor is great but I love having it slightly more mobile than that.
