Iron Warriors conversion ideas - collecting thoughts

Hi guys, just had some ideas on expanding my Iron Warriors display force (read \"blatantly cheesy\" here). The next two conversion additions my brain has concocted are to build them as walking devastating tanks. 1 a Vindicator, 1 a Basilisk, both quadraped Metal Gear solid style, but not using defiler parts to separate the designs.

I have some rough ideas which I can\'t put into words, or paper coz my drawing is crap, but I have em....

Looking for some thoughts and ideas from other like yerselves to help me realise my dream of a CHEEZY ARMY OF DOOM THAT WALKS...

I found some nice lil pics for this project while I was trying to find PENITENT ENGINE stuff... no worries, still usefull!!

Not bad, apparently by a mob called Dreamforge....sort of idea I was thinking of anyways!

And this one is done by a guy called Tom over on TheWarp, which I am definitly liking some of the ideas of....

Any thoughts on application?

Both models look cool but i think the one from dreamforge would be more suited for the Iron warriors

erm...what about using parts from a WWII tank? that could lead to some interesting stuff. Just a thought.
