Somewhere around 1:37, he says... well, it sounds like Battle of Brighton and Heavy Metal are shipping later than the other three expansions. His feelings on future kickstarters after that as well. And more faction information. MOAR factions! Ruska and Ottoman Empire, if you can't listen to it.

The interview is from July 2013. i believe the delay he mentions is the cause of the second wave shipping.

Yep, the fact that this interview is 6 months old should be taken into consideration in regards to its "news" value.

Yeah, it was less for the news value and more for the interesting info I hadn't heard before. Ottoman Empire in particular.
