Would like some feedback. Yes it looks like a nid right now, I have to sculpt the chaos armor yet. I\'d like to hear ideas you have that might be able to add to the chaos look of the beast. I want to put some chais swords somehow growing out of the talons but unsure as to approach it.

looks good so far. it does look like a nid so far.
IMO i would rid it of one set of claws, not get rid of them completely, but maybe chop it off at the last join right before the talon thingy. then add some hands to that and maybe some swords or guns, but chaos style (lots of spikes and skulls) again imo

i\'d keep it simple. i wouldn\'t bother with any swords or guns. maybe paint corrupt iconography on the carpace as if he has been annointed/summoned. are the necron parts going to be painted as bionics?

Well thanks for the suggestions. I\'m honestly torn about the claws. I did the shoulder pads last night, and they turned out so cool I decided I will probably chop off at least 2 sets of the claws at the wrist and sculpt chaos armored gauntlets over them turning into twisted hands. These would then hold weapons of course. :twisted:

your scuplting is fantabulous. the shoulder pads look great very chaos almost Khorne like.
i think your vision of this kicks @$$. i can\'t wait to see it finished.

yep i think you did better with the hands instead of the scythes. at first i was put off but the end result shines through. good job man. now lets see some paint. :D

I\'m still working on a color scheem for the legion, torn between something new or doing a black legion color combination. I like the word bearers but the cold contrast of black power armor and metalic trim just attracts me. I am however a little afraid of black, definately a tough color to paint.
