Didn't Outis have some kind of Dark Age and/or Wrath of Kings crossover going on? If this is the case: Will she come with stat cards for those games?

Yes, the KS model was a crossover. This one is purely for Infamy though so is just for games of Welcome to The Big Smoke. She doesn't have stat cards.
