Iilyad Minis

Anyone know who sells Ilyad miniatures in the UK?

I saw a picture of their howling peaks champion the other day and would very much like to paint on but i have no idea who might sell them in the UK.

Any and all assistance appreciated

AFAIK it\'s the only place in the UK (and one of the few places outside of France) that sells Ilyad minis. If you\'re really anxious you can buy it from Starplayer in France, but it will cost you a bit more in postage, though.

gamers-quest are only temporarily out of stock of the model..
I think they\'ve all been bought by people on this site....
Starplayer are pretty good service and they\'re not the highest postage I\'ve ever known just depends if you want to wait until GQ get them back in....I believe they have to order a selection when they order so keep running out of these quickly..Also (I may be wrong on this) but I think they have a waiting list for the barbarians..

I think I got mine from Star-Player... and the postage wasnt that bad. But it was Tooshy who bought him for me so I am not too sure. The subsequent barbarians we bought from Gamers Quest

Star-Player doesn\'t even list the illyad minis at all, guess i\'ll have to wait till gamer-quest are in stock

Umm yes they do, its not under Ilyad its under Retour des Dieux

Retour des Dieux (if I have understood things correctly) are the manufacturer of the games the Ilyad minis are for (\"Armageddon\" and \"Chronicles of the Black Moon\").

*) Asmodée Editions : the manufacturer (equivalent to GW for Citadel);
*) Ilyad : the design studio (equivalent to Citadel for GW);
*) Retour des Dieux : the game system and core rules with which \"Armageddon\" and \"Chronicles de la Lune Noir\" (\"Chronicles of the Black Moon\") can be played;
*) Armageddon : a new univers by Asmodée Editions;
*) Chronicles de la Lune Noir : a univers based on a french comic book; very A.D.&D. oriented and quite over the top .

I would also add that Gamers-Quest had a stand at a recent war games show called Colours and they had a lot of Illyad stuff. In fact Avicenna picked up the girlie barbarian (the one holding the head) which has been \'out of stock \' on their web site for several months now.

I guess it means they prefer to sell their stuff for cold hard cash at shows maybe ???

I emailed Gamers Quest a few days ago to find out about the mini and haven\'t heard back yet... so going to have to decide whether to part with $30 to get it from france.
