I can't reach my downloadable products

At one point I bought some toutorial videos by Jessica Rich. Now when I try and reach them the link takes me to some sort of shop page that I don't even have an account for. I couldn't find any way to mail anyone in charge so I'm making a post here. I would like the product I paid for please.

There is a "Submit a Request" link in the upper right corner that lets you send them a message if the knowledge base doesn't have your answer.
