How to find out who sculpted what?

...specifically, GW minis.

I know the names of most of the sculptors, but apart from the appearances in WD the sculptor(s) for each model receive(s) no credit. I couldn\'t find them on the GW site, but maybe I haven\'t loked hard enough

Any help appreciated! :duh:

I\'d imagine you\'d have to search through old WD\'s for the new releases as they come out...?

The other possibilty is to just ask on here. Generally figs can be picked out by style.

As an aside, weirdly, I think I\'m just about the only sculptor to get credited on the GW online store. My Inquisitor Arbite Judge actually has a sculptor credit. Strange...

That is a good point Penguin....At least the Reaper site has been good enough to keep the sculptors name in the description.

Its kind of like what the comic book companies used to do with their artists...they hardly got any mention at all, way back in the day.

Thanks guys. I would like to find out who sculpted the guy on the left:

Because it\'s a freaking awesome sculpt! :D And I would like to credit the sculptor on my version of this mini. I\'m thinking maybe Juan Diaz, Jes goodwin?

Thanks Steve :) I\'m just going to edit my description and say it was a fantastic sculpt by Dave Thomas.
