how do i sculpt a scything talon?

hi guys
someone gave me a Hive Tyrant mini but unfortunately its missing one of its scything talons...my partner has a similar Hive tyrant.....which is also missing the same talon.
i want to try and sculpt one to replace it but im not sure of how to do the actual blade part of the talon...has anyone got any suggestions?

Plasticard for the main shape of the talon and work the Flesh back with Greenstuff onto a wire armature.

Having writen that above I know that that it\'d be a very daunting task for me to attempt.

Which type of scyting talon is it? The old chunky style or the newer ones you get on the current tyrants?

plasticard and GS would be the way to go... but if you want one I have bucket loads of all styles of the Tyrant sized scything talons just drop me a p.m
