Homemade turret plugs

Hi,

It seems "RivetWars" won't see any further expansions. This is a shame, I really loved it.
We wanted with my son to build/conceive new turrets (there aren't enough in the base game and extensions).

I have seen this :

, does anybody else has conceived surch turrets/plugs.

Does anybody has done a card for this one ?


With my son we wanted to design one-use aerial plugs thet would be like large bombs.
We played two games allowing to buy aerial plug that were : gaz bomb, dart bomb, and etherial (anti-armor) bomb.

Any suggestions ?

Very nice design.
I nearly ordered one or two !

I started designing those five one-use plug : Darts, Gaz, Magnetic (anti armor), Atomic (Large aera) and a one-use anti-aerial rocket.
But i am not really good at 3D design !!
I have the cards (without drawing) and am trying to balance the cost/effects.

Did you buy these? Do they fit/ are worth it?

I might make a card for it. My next step after getting the youtubes up and running is ordering a custom deck of my old cards. Might need to beef them up. Maybe I'll do a kickstarter or something to sell a few extra copies.

I corrected some errors and modified other things :
- Remove plug
- Added unicity (hero) to Large Area and Very Large Aera Bombs
- Added Cumbersome to Mega bombs : unit max move reduced by one, and 90 degree turn at start or end of move.

By the way, what software are you using for modelling this plug
I started some drawings and i plan on trying to design those bombs/darts/rockets.

Did this end up getting fixed? I'm considering buying one but I am scared to waste money on something that doesn't fit. PS: Are you considering making more at some point or just the custom flame thrower?

wow, great to see the card builder is still being used. I get the occasional email when it's used, I had got a few :)

Wow! I was just going to post that I have been seeing some steam punk stuff on Shapeways that might be usable for Russians and Turks.

I will support whatever items you come up with. I would love Russians and Turks as was planned.

I will be ordering.

I suggest replacing atomic bomb with neutron bomb. These bombs can be very localized and don't damage your game board!

I am totally unsatisfied with the "atomic" name. I am looking for a more "steampunk" name.
That's why I choose "ether-bomb" instead of "neutron-bomb" (damaging more individuals than infrastructures.
I would gladly receive any suggestion.

Asatru_Artist, what software did you use to model your turret ? Blender ?

I am adding two rockets (land plug version of the aerial ones).

I'm sorry. I don't think this was ever answered. Did these get fixed? Do they fit in the plug slot now? I would like to order one eventually.

How about the "Tomorrow Bomb"? as if there would ever be a tomorrow after using it...:)
