hi guys,this ork boys and nob are my latest work,really need your comment n critics

this is also my entry on the local painting competition,but didnt win,hehe

Regretfully the picture is only focused on the main Ork Nob, is somewhat small and is therefore very difficult to make out.
The Background does add to the Noise in the picture making it very hard to get a good look at what seems a nicely painted mini.

Have to agree with DR that the photo is working against you. The minis look like they are all painted well and nice and coherent as a group too but you need some closer shots for us to see better and comment more constructively. My advice is to take lots and lots of photos and hopefully you should have a few really good ones to choose from after that.

I\'d say not necessarily closer but concentrate on lighting and focus. Extreme close-ups aren\'t always the best way to show off your mini unless you have superfine detail or blending.

no billy he needs to be closer too. minis are small (obviously) so if it\'s smaller than real life, it is not a good thing!!

Oops, getting myself confused a bit with one of the other threads :redface: Yes - closer for this one, definitely closer :yes:
