Hero Basing kit

Hey. Got my new WD on subscription today. I read through and noticed a new kit; the \'Hero Basing kit\'. it\'s got some alright stuff in there... I WANT!

Unfortunately it didn\'t give a price, or release date. Does any one know? Will I be able to get it at games day?

Sorry there, thought maybe some one saw it on a place like Warseer?

Two sizes of slate, clump foliage, dead grass and 12 resin skull piles. Obviously its model grass, they wouldn\'t sell garden grass....

Ive just got 2 massive tubs full of slate from my garden yesterday, woodland scenics sells foliage and grass from about £1.50 for a big bag.

Actually - this brings up a point...
Anywhere sell decent skulls/skeletons/corpses etc for bases...?

I\'ve seen a few sprues with some on, but not particularly well sculpted or enough for the price. :/

You can get some skulls from Freebooter.

Someone sells skulls and skull piles.. I cant remember who though darn it.

I assume the hero basing kit will be the same price as the urban basing kit that was released recently. It was $20 here in the States. More that likely it will be a LIMITED RELEASE like the other basing kit as well, meaning PRE ORDER IT if you want it. (Most GW stores could only get in 6 to 10 each, independent retailers were limited to only 2) Why GW did this I dont know, probably for some dumb reason, but thats for another thread :)

Buying basing material from GW is a waste of money! Antenociti\'s workshop has better stuff at much lower prices.

They don\'t have slate, but you can get a whole bag full of slate for peanuts at a garden store or suchlike.
