Bear in mind that a female skin tone needs to be more smoothly blended than a male's to reflect how generally, female skin is nicer and smoother. With that out the way, a common recipe is:
Basecoat with Midlund flesh.
Add a hint of red ink to the Midlund flesh and wash the skin with it.
Add a hint of green ink to the Midlund flesh and re-wash the skin with it. This somewhat cancels out the ruddy shade achieved by washing in the step above.
If you like, mix up a batch of 50/50 red and green ink or paint mix and very, very carefully do the recesses with this colour. It's a very strong colour, and if you over do it, you'll get nice, stark outlines.
Add some Ryn flesh to the Midlund flesh and start highlighting.
Highlight with pure Ryn flesh.
Add bleached bone to the Ryn flesh and use that as a final highlight.
If you want a spot highlight at this point, use pure bleach bone.
