Help my IG

Okay, so basically I have compiled these IG units and I need to know what to get next for my force, in the future I would like to create an Armoured Company so if you could bear that in mind it would be appreciated!

HQ
Senior Commander
1 medic
1 voxmaster
1 multi-melta

Troop
1 junior officer (power fist)
1 Multimelta
1 plasma gun
1 weapon team, lascannon

2 troops of 10 men with a flamer in each

Armoured fist squad, flamer

Heavy Support
Leman Russ Vanquisher w/ bolter sidesponsons


So i need some more stuff, any suggestions?

WEll if you want to do the Armored Comapny list in the Forge World book you can make all of your infantry into mechanized groups- even the command squads. That is a lot of Chimera\'s to buy though. Personally you might want to get a Basilisk or a Griffon (though they have been discontinued).

It really depends on wether you\'re working toward an all-heavy-tank Armoured Company or the \'Everyone rides\' mechanized company.
For the armoured, I would recommend a couple of basic Russes as that would give you your core right there, using the vanquisher as your HQ choice. You would be able to use your existing infantry as armoured fist squads which are fast attack choices under the AC list.
For the mechanised company, I would recommend taking advantage of the grenadiers doctrine. The Chimera APC is a very effective light tank in its own right and as storm trooper squads can take one anyway, that leave you a spare doctrine slot to further customize your force. For anti-tank work, the most effective tool I\'ve found in the guard\'s arsenal is the sentinel. For the cost of a tank you get three of them with lascannons and you can field up to twelve in an army that can move and shoot without penalty and get the additional advantage of a free 6\" move after everything deploys.
Just try to keep in mind that either one of these armies is going to cost a lot in the way of vehicles so it will pay off to plan well ahead. Don\'t be afraid to play a few games with proxies among your friends in order to playtest before you settle on an army list

my IG army consists of only 12 \"guys\"
