Help choosing paints for an army

Hello people. I'm going to build my first WH40k army, i have already came with a colour scheme but i still have to decide what colors would get it better. You can see my inkscape impression of the color scheme bellow:

Based on that i came with a list of Vallejo Model Colors paint but as i live in Brazil and can only find good paints outside my country i can't look at the actual paints, just the Internet list of colors and their previews. My list is:

Royal Purple
Black Grey (Shaded with VGC black and highlighted with a mix of Black Grey and VGC Stonewall Grey, both colors that i already have)
Green Fluorescent (for the gems)
Orange Fire+Sun Yellow (I already have both VGC colors and would use the mix for some details).
Blood Red (For the eyes, i have it here too)
White (Already have it, would use for mask and runes)

Opinions anyone?

Black Grey It's not as dark a grey as it's name suggests. Mixing in black will make it darker but it's still quite a leap in tone from "Pure Black"
Green Fluorescent (for the gems) Oh Please NO, Flourescent paint on a mini >shudders<. Technically putting flourescent paint on a mini alongside normal paint makes it difficult to focus on it properly due to the refraction/reflection of UV light from that type of paint. Plus it does tend to make the paintjob look 'Childish'.
Opinions anyone?

^If it's not too late, I'd like to second the point on flourescent gems. With a little care, well-painted gemstones really make a model "bling". Green would work out well, and adjusting the "standard" gem techniches to fit the brighter green you're looking for shouldn't be that hard.

I decided to do exactly that. Let's hope i can adjust the technique properly.
