Help, associating to chapter rules.

So Im planning the fluff/rules/background of an army. Im thinking something like the blood ravens, but instead of being dominated by Librarians, being a chapter that is HIGHLY religious and dominated by Chaplins. Any one know if that sounds like a chapter that already exists that I can look at for guidance?

World Bearers? the chaos one that still has its chaplains.
Space Wolfs. yes it sounds odd but heres how I see it. The Rune Priest have to memorize the chapters history,and are tested on it by the higher ups and the dreadnoughts. So it really isn\'t a imperial cult but one of the Chapter and the heroes within. Something like that maybe? More focused on the chapter then imperial dogma?
