Just thought I\'d let you all know that you can subscribe via the website very soon (if not already) and that Harbinger WILL be available on news-stands in the UK and USA very soon after the launch (probably from issue 2 onwards I\'ve been told...and no this is not due to some marketing ploy...I don\'t know what it IS down to but its not that. I dont have ALL the answers you know, just big ears and a big mouth) Apparently WHSmith have accepted one of the editor\'s kidneys as a downpayment to stock it in the UK, and Barnes&Noble will have it in the US. Cover price will be £3.50 UKP/ $5.00 USD. If it turns out I dreamt any of this I\'ll let you know.

good news all around!

I am excited for this mag to finally come out.

It would be great to subscribe, but luckily they are building me a Barnes and Noble right in my area! (well, it may not be just for me!)

I have been harping about the lack of a \'mini\' mag (other than White Dwarf) for some time, and hopefully this will fit the bill.

Yesssss, they do offer subscriptions int Europe :bouncy: I\'m not sure yet, but probably I\'ll subscribe very soon if they give out more details on the contents of the \'zine.

Okay, it seems their website has stopped the countdown to the first issue, as it been saying \"6 weeks to go\" for the past two weeks...... They must live in an alternate dimension where time goes slower.. :rolleyes:

and I can\'t find any post adresses or telephone numbers of the publisher on the site... did anyone else find something?

GenCon...

They\'re at GenCon right now, doing stuff for the magazine. However, I can tell you that the first run went off to the printers on July 21st...from that point i believe it takes 4 weeks to be printed. Then it gets shipped straight out to the shops (bearing in mind COMAG are involved, that should be quite a few shops). Also a distributor has assumed the responsibilities of mail order, so that will all come good. Give them a chance on this one....they won\'t disappoint :)

Oh, and they lost the ENTIRE file a week or so ago, so had to start the magazine from scratch, working 24/7 to catch the deadline. That\'s probably why the lack of updates.

BUT THEY WILL DELIVER lol

It\'ll be a mail job, otherwise packaging/shipment goes haywire, needing something like 4 times the volume of boxes and such like :)

Reverend, you do calm me down. I had also noticed the countdown stopping and I was beginning to worry, having already had my credit card charged... Bad month for it, BTW (some unexpected expenses getting between me and my hobby, d@mn!).

I was wondering that myself and fired off an e-mail to the editor via the web page yesterday. I\'ll post the response of I ever get one.
