Hi everyone, i\'m about to start work on some dryads, (thanks to freakinacage for the colour advice) and im wondering if regular GW paints and inks can be used woth a spraygun if so what sort of water-paint ratio do you guys use?

I use about 1/3 as much water as I have paint, maybe a little more or less depending on how much I am mixing up

pretty sure the guide on the spraygun is for foundation paints only. Might get a bit thin if you thin normal paints that much.
I\'d say mixing up a suitable foundation paint according to that guide (khemri or similiar), basecoating the minis with that and then (if you\'re going to do highlights with the gun, before you apply washes) mixing up a regular paint to about the same consistency as you had with the foundation. My two €cents.

GW\'s advertising says the guides on the side of the bottle are for foundation, and that their new washes just go through undiluted. I have not seen any mention about their regular paints, nor their inks.

My advice would be to mix some foundation paint to the dilution suggested by the bottle markers, then study that consistency of paint. Then just thin the normal paint to that consistency and you should be good to go!

I tend to run GW paint in my airbrush at roughly 50/50 - however all GW paints tend to change viscosity (thickness) depending upon their age and colour.
