As I write this, the forums are silent. I\'m the only user online, and everyone is away from their computers...

why is this?

I only usualy get to go online at night, by which time, from the last moment I visited there\'s been hundreds of posts, but once i arrive...nothing. What timezones are everyone in? Do you post at work? Have you been fired? I\'m not attacking people, I\'m just curious as to when people visit the site.

Oh, and I suppose as you read this you\'ll just have gotten up...strange thinking that there will have been that lag huh? Well jetlag and all that has always confused me...

I live in the Uk and I\'m normally online during the day, sometimes early evenings and occasionally later at night.

I live in Iowa City, Iowa, US. That\'s smack dab in the central time zone. I usually read/view/post at work, which is usually overnight, or on the weekends, which means that everyone else is either sleeping, or out doing fun things on their days off. I feel your pain.

I usually post from school and I\'m on the East Coast USA.
I\'m surprise the Indonesian members aren\'t around while you\'re on though.
That\'s it, we need to boost our presence in Japan!

I usually can only browse the forums after I get home from school now, if at all.. (School.. bleach :|~ ) which is around 2-4 PM Mt. Standard time (-8 GMT). The stupid thing is I\'m in the onl area in Tx that\'s not in the major time zone.. you look at the map of time zones and it\'s a straight line and then it edges out just to spite us.

Depends for me. This isn\'t the main place I post (yes, shocking, I know) so I tend to flip here during the day at work if I\'m not busy and then maybe once at night if I think about it.

It\'s probably why my post count is so low in comparision to my sign-on date.

Yay for time zones...

I know that theoretically, it would be nice if everyone was online at the same time, but half of us would never be able to get through.

There are occasions when if I can even log onto CMON, it takes an absolute age to open pages. I presume this is because of the high level of traffic?

Basically though, I check the web, first thing in the morning, lunchtime and then log in for most of the evening.

Just acquired Broadband, so hopefully life will be a little simpler (and faster):D

I\'ve always wondered if there\'s much of a presence of mini painting outside the US and Europe, I here that Japan has this weird pod-like thing for the blister packs

A few weeks ago I was on the site late at night and noticed there were only two others on line. this went down to one and then I was all alone - strange feeling!

I felt I had to put the cat out and turn off the lights when I left.

Do many of you check to see who\'s on line when you loggin?

I do it seems more companionable somehow!

I read from work and from home - and since I dont sleep that well occasionally, that means that I can average 10-18 hrs on the site from time to time - and it does die from time to time on the forums

I\'m lurking in the UK and as I type this, there is only me here - does this count as talking to myself I wonder?.. (No, of course not!) Whaat!??!?! who said that ??? Anyway it\'s 00:55 right now

I usually pop on for a few hours most evenings - 8-11pm, then I\'m on quite late over the weekends.

Only have a skinny pipe, so not enjoying the super-duper connection speeds.

At least being here on my own means I get the CMON sofa to myself and can choose what music to put on :D

Vinyl?? Did you bring a player - don\'t think it will fit on the mini disc system. BTW - like yer leopard skin PJ\'s :D
