out of the four figs i have submitted only two have gotten put up to vote on. Is there a way that they judge the mini before its put up? or am i just doing a good enough job? if it is the second could i please get some suggestions on what i need to do to my make my painting better?

one of the minis i have recently painted, any help would be appriceated.

well for starters get a sheet of light blue paper to use as a back ground to shoot photos..also get a couple 100 watt GE reveal Day light lighbulbs and some lamps to add more light.. then reshoot your images.. also larger images will help with people voteing.

Ya see, all the top scoring minis on this really suck ;) ..... so if you paint something like that, then your good enough  :p lol

Eric of Xenia, the reason why your pictures were not approved is not because of the quality of the paintjob but the size of the picture. Pictures that are too small to see or blurry are normally rejected.

Dittolol expecially with my older stuff, horrible horrible pictures (scans actually). Lousy paint jobs, just plain ugly minis, Borg must have had blinders on back then, Actually my stuff still looks pretty bad, Thanks for still letting it through lollollol

check the link in my sig (the one that says I have brains or something).

There is a link there for a photo diffuser. On that page is a link for a blue/white fade you can print yourself (you got a color printer?)

Both of these are a huge help in scores. Also, your pics need to be about 400 - 500 pixels wide for us to see enough to judge.
