glowing eyes inspiration/help

So I want to do glowing eyes like this, maybe on PP Circle Warpwolves.
Any tips, discussion, ideas?

You'd need to drill the eyes out and put in some tiny LED's.

If you're going to paint the glow in I'd recommend that you putty the eye sockets such that the shadows from the eye brow are eliminated and then paint the eyes in. If you don't get rid of the real shadows they will contradict the painted glow.
