getting no response from support

i have placed an order on the time machine a month ago, I have never got any notification about it or anything.
I have sent an email 2-3 weeks ago to support to ask about the status and never got a response.
Sent another email asking for an update a week ago, still no response.

At this point it has been a month with 0 communication from cmon, is there a phone number i could call or any other way of contacting them?

Just to add, perhaps I am in the same situation.
I get :

Oh well, Support replied me the next day with a tracking number and all.
