Hey guys, been a while. Have had the opportunity to do some miniature work for myself recently so thought I'd start a little WIP thread to keep myself motivated. Managed to find a box of space wolf grey hunters and decided they might make for nice practice pieces. My paint collection is mostly dried out so time to bin most of the GW pots and upgrade! The brushes I used on this so far have probably reached the end of their detail life, can't really complain, they've served me a lot over 5 years or so but time to get a new set, just can't be dealing with having to re-point them every few strokes.
Still a little bit to do on this one, the base armour is mostly done, needs chips and dust. The flesh is as done as I think I'll bother with. Not too happy with it, all the faffing with brushes meant the paint was a little drier than I usually like and it showed with the glazing washes.
